Zahara’s family banned from seeing the singer in hospital

Zahara’s fiance,  Mpho Xaba has banned the singer’s family from visiting her in the hospital. A few weeks ago, it was announced that the South African star, whose real name is Bulelwa Mkutukana is hospitalized and in a critical state due to liver-related complications.

However, the family requested privacy and prayers till their daughter recovers. It was also reported that the fiance is being supportive and ensuring that she gets well. Zimoja recently dropped an update about how Mpho pulls the plug on Bulelwa’s family.

“This week an angry Xaba told hospital management and doctors treating Zahara that only himself will visit her, claiming her family wants to control everything yet they won’t pay for her hospital bills,” a source revealed to the publication.

“Zahara family has been banned from visiting her after he overheard them discussing unsettling money issues yet they won’t pay for urgent medical procedures that need to be done to save her. Mpho put his foot down and said he’s Zahara husband,” said the source.

“Zahara’s mom has been dragged into this situation because her sisters are too controlling. Remember when Zahara had to do more tests, it was his brother who raised the money, which ran into a few thousands of Rands,” adds the source.

It is further reported that the singer needs more funds for tests and to conduct a liver transplant.

“Zahara is still awaiting more funds to do more tests before she can be put in the long queue for a liver transplant. But no one is coming to assist her, despite promises done privately by some of her music industry colleagues.”

Cassper Nyovest privately visited the singer in the hospital without taking photos, in other to avoid noise on social media.
