Full lit of BET Hip Hop Awards 2023 winners

The 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards aired Tuesday after being held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta last week, and Kendrick Lamar was the night’s top winner with four awards, while pairs Drake and 21 Savage as well as Lil Durk and J. Cole tied for the second-most awards, each receiving two.

Hosted by Fat Joe, the annual awards show’s complete list of nominations for this year was unveiled last month. Cardi B and 21 Savage tied for most nods of any artist this year, as both rappers appeared in 12 categories. Drake followed with nine nominations.

In addition to the general categories, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland were both honored with the cultural influence award, while Marley Marl was recognized with the “I Am Hip Hop” award.

Performers at the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards included GloRilla, Jermaine Dupri, Lola Brooke, Ludacris, Sexyy Red, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, Da Brat and more.
