Adele has shown off her lavish new wedding ring after sitting down to enjiy a game of basketball with her new husband Rich Paul. The pair stepped out to watch the LA Lakers play the Dallas Mavericks in Los Angeles on Wednesday looking blissfully happy as they took in the action at the Crypto.com arena. Adele, 35, recently stunned her fans after she appeared to confirm that she has tied the knot with sports agent Rich, 41, during a chat with her friend Alan Carr at his comedy show.

The singer has already referred to Rich as her ‘husband’ several times including during her Las Vegas residency while speaking to fans from the stage. The couple got engaged earlier this year after two years of dating.

As they sat courtside at the sports event Adele appeared to be enjoying herself immensely smiling from ear to ear and laughing with Rich. She repeatedly flashed her ring from underneath the cuff of her cream sweater which she had teamed with khaki cargo pants.

She wore her hair in a slicked back updo and added a full face of glamorous makeup as she enjoyed the outing with her husband. The couple are thought to have tied the knot recently but it is not apparent exactly when their nuptials took place.

Alan, 47, was in the US making his debut on the comedy circuit on Saturday where he was supported by Adele. However, fans got more than they bargained for at the intimate Dynasty Typewriter Theatre when she apparently confirmed her union with Rich.

Taking to pop culture Instagram account, Deuxmoi, one fan wrote: “I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience. Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did'”.

Another ticket-holder added: “It was a super small and intimate venue maybe 75 people. Adele was sitting right behind me with a friend having the best time. Her security only came in to bring her snacks. She didn’t care if people knew she was there heckling him as they’re best friends. When he asked if anyone got married recently she yelled ‘I did'”.

Meanwhile, during an appearance on CBS Mornings, 41-year-old Rich was asked by host Gayle King if she could refer to Adele as “Mrs Paul”. He replied: “You can say whatever you want.” He then added: “It’s not for the media.” Rich then explained how he isn’t the “type of person to put [his] personal life” in the spotlight.
