Naledi Aphiwe refers to American singer Chris Brown as her dad while announcing the news of a gift she received from him. The South African young singer revealed on her Instagram account that Chris Brown bought her an iPhone 12.
She shared photos captured with the new phone and captioned with, “So my dad Chris Brown bought me iPhone 12 😩❤️🥹isn’t that cute!💁🥹🥹🥹😂.”
Naledi talked about the news phone after it was confirmed that Chris Brown paid her over R50 000 for sampling her song on his new albun, 11:11.
Speaking to TshishaLIVE, the 17-year-old narrated how the video was recorded and how it surfaced on social media.
“I was in my classroom during examinations but that day we were not doing anything. We were bored. We decided to sing and our class teacher came inside. We were scared he would shout so when he entered we kept quiet but he told us to carry on. When we sang he took his phone and made a clip. If it was not for my teacher I wouldn’t be able to fulfil my dreams.”
