Nigerian musician Davido is having a fun time in Cape Town, South Africa, and he is risking it as he moves about with his bodyguards.
A photo of the star with his bodyguards carrying hefty guns surfaced on social media and caused a stir. Netizens are divided over the snap; while a few applauded him for being cautious, others slammed him for being extra.
“He is carrying Nairas but his protection is out of this World,” a tweep poked fun at the singer.
“These bodyguards are so unnecessary, nobody cares about Davido in this country. Even Black Coffee doesn’t behave like this but he’s bigger than this guy,” another wrote.
“phela maybe he doesn’t want what happened to A*A to happen to him?”
“Why are you mad he got heavy security like he’s paying them out of your pocket though?”
“It doesn’t look like a peaceful vacation, isn’t it 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧Indeed, there’s more to life than this unnecessary stress of protecting yourself from ghosts 👻.”
