Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League Xbox servers shut down to fix story bug

The Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League achievements are out now ahead of the game’s release later this week, but it looks like some players are already in the game and running into trouble, judging by an update from the dev team, who have shut down the servers to address a particular issue. We’re aware that a number of players are currently experiencing an issue whereby upon logging into the game for the first time, they have full story completion,” the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League team said on Twitter.

To resolve this issue, we will be performing maintenance on the game servers. During this time the game will be unavailable. We expect this to take several hours and will update once we have more information. We apologise for the inconvenience.”

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been delayed several times but is now set to release on February 2, with several days of early launch access with preorders of the game. The devs have also detailed what’s to come afterwards, with The Joker to be a playable character in the game’s free post-launch content for its first season.
